A reserved matters planning application is currently being considered by Stockport Council. A reserved matters application means that the principle of development has already been agreed (in this case at appeal) and this application is simply to decide what will go where.
The application is for a total of 244 new homes, 47 of which will be on the western side of the railway line accessed via Motcombe Grove (36 of which will be affordable and the reset detached) the remainder will be accessed via the Lakes estate in Gatley.
Residents can make comments on the application until 2nd May.
