Heald Green Ratepayers

Notice is given that the 96th Annual General Meeting of the Heald Green and
Long Lane Ratepayers’ Association is to be held on 12 September 2024,
7.30pm, at the Village Hall Outwood Road. The business of the meeting is:

1. To receive apologies for absence.
2. To confirm the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting.
3. To receive the Annual Report.
4. To receive the Financial Report.
5. To elect officers for the ensuing year.
6. To elect members of the committee.
7. To determine the annual subscription.
8. Any other business.
   The accounts will be published on the website prior to the meeting and are
   available from the treasurer prior to the meeting.
